Don’t clean your skin with makeup wipes
Makeup wipes don’t dissolve dirt, grime, and makeup on your face; they rub it around. You can try using makeup wipes to remove the bulk of your makeup but wash your face afterward.
Wear enough sunscreen
90% of skin aging is caused by sun exposure, and less than 50% of people use the recommended amount of sunscreen when applying it.
You should use at least half a teaspoon of sunscreen for your face and neck and one ounce (enough to fill a shot glass) for your entire body.
Stop touching your face
The average person touches their face 16 times per hour, introducing bacteria without realizing it. Try making a conscious effort not to touch your face unless necessary.
Wear sunglasses
Sunglasses are like sunscreen for your eyes; they help prevent damage to the retina, early cataract formation, and wrinkles due to UV exposure and squinting.

Stop drinking out of straws
Chronic pursing of the mouth around a straw causes collagen and elastin to break down, creating lipstick lines and wrinkles around your mouth.
Massage your scalp
Beautiful hair begins with a healthy scalp, and a healthy scalp needs consistent circulation.
On hair wash days, try giving yourself a scalp massage with rosemary oil (which nourishes your scalp and stimulates hair growth), and let the oil sit for 30 minutes before shampooing.
Sleep on your back
Sleeping on your side or stomach causes wrinkles, makes you lose facial volume on the side you sleep on, and can even change the shape of your face.
If you have trouble sleeping on your back, try starting the night on your back so you’ll some time in a position that will keep your skin looking its best.
