Protecting you from the spread of COVID-19 is our number one priority and we’ve put the following measures in place for your safety:
All clients are required to wear a facial mask to their appointment.
We have set up a sanitizing station in the lobby and we’re asking all clients to sanitize their hands immediately upon arrival.
When you arrive for your appointment, we will prescreen you with a no-touch thermometer.
We are encouraging physical distancing by limiting the number of clients in the spa at one time.
To maintain social distancing, only one client at a time may check in or out at the front desk, and only clients will be allowed in the spa. No friends, family, or children.
We have installed plastic partitions at the front desk and we’re using a UV wand to sanitize paperwork, clipboards, and pens.
We have purchased Molekule air purifiers which kill up to 99% of viruses and bacteria in the air.
We are sanitizing the spa daily and have employed a service to disinfect all surfaces, which kills microbes for up to 90 days.
As always, service providers are washing their hands and putting on new gloves before and after each client, and spa beds, chairs, and tools used during treatments are sanitized after each use.
All providers and staff members will wear personal protective equipment.
We are urging clients to reschedule their appointment if they’ve been sick or have been around anyone who has been sick in the past 14 days. We’re also waiving all cancellation fees.
