WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
We are open Tuesday through Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm. We also offer 24/7 online booking for your convenience.
DO YOU HOST SPA PARTIES?
Absolutely, just call us at 972.943.UMED (8633) and we will customize a spa party for you and all of your friends.
We require a 50% deposit for groups of more than 4 people.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT FOR BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT?
We do not require a deposit upon booking an appointment, unless you need to make a group reservation for more than four guests.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Thanks to you and our other amazing clients, our appointments book up really fast! Because space is limited, if you need to cancel your appointment, please provide us with a 24-hour notice so we can make room for someone else who needs to come see us.
If we do not receive your cancellation request within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a $100 cancellation fee may be assessed.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY APPOINTMENT AND WHAT IF I’M LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out the required paperwork. If you are late for your appointment, you will limit the time for your treatment.
Your treatment will end on time so that the next scheduled service will not be delayed and the full price of your service will be charged.
If you are running more than 5 minutes late, it is best to call and reschedule your appointment.
DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?
U. Med Spa offers Care Credit which is interest-free financing for all of your services. Care Credit works exactly like a credit card but is designed specifically for your health and beauty needs.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SPA?
For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing and tranquil environment for our guests, children are not permitted in the spa.
